ARCC staff aims to provide ACCESS to care, RESTORE Dignity by eliminating stigma and shame, Provide Communities and individuals with accurate awareness and education about HIV/AIDS and other community health issues to eliminate infections and/or addictions while Protecting the Privacy, Rights and Dignity of those living with HIV/AIDS and/or other community health issues.
